How we hire

Four steps, stated up front

You should know how we decide before you apply. Four interviews, each with a clear purpose: who you will meet, how long it takes, and what it is for. About three hours of interviews in total.

    Initial Call

    Assess the candidate against the agreed qualifying requirements, including core experience, motivation, and role alignment.

  2. Stage 2 of 4

    Technical Interview

    45–60 mins

    Interviewer based on skill sets (Data, Platform, SW Dev, PMO)

    To assess the candidate’s technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and ability to apply their skills to realistic scenarios relevant to the role.

  3. Stage 3 of 4

    Panel Interview2–3 panelists

    Hiring team

    To evaluate if the candidate aligns with company vision, mission and values, and assess learning agility and competencies required to succeed in this position.

  4. Stage 4 of 4

    Final Interview

    Length

    To assess overall alignment with the team and department, explore higher-level expectations and impact, and address any remaining areas before a final decision.
